Our partners

WorldSkills Malta is led by the National Skills Council, the entity representing Malta in WorldSkills Europe. We are proud to work alongside Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) and Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS), Malta’s leading VET institutions, to champion skills excellence and support the next generation of talent.

We also value our collaboration with the Directorate for STEM and VET Programmes (DSVP), the Malta Chamber of Commerce and the Malta Chamber of SMEs, whose engagement helps promote skills development and strengthen connections between education and industry.

Getting involved

Be part of WorldSkills Malta

Skills competitions develop technical skills to high levels of excellence, while fostering transversal skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving and time-management which are essential in both professional and everyday life. They bring together educators and industry experts to help shape the talent and workforce of tomorrow.

For educators

Skills competitions support the professional growth of educators, trainers and mentors through knowledge exchange, exposure to best practices and the enhancement of specialist expertise and teaching approaches, helping them inspire learners to excel.

For young people

EuroSkills and the Malta Skills Championships enable young people to grow personally and professionally, demonstrate their abilities, build industry connections and enhance their employability as they prepare for the world of work.

For employers

Skills competitions allow businesses to engage with emerging talent, identify potential future employees and help shape the skills their sectors need. They also bring valuable expertise and fresh perspectives into the workplace.
